1. Before You Begin

You must be logged in to your account to make changes: http://leverageretirement.io/login

2. Navigate to the Transfer Page

❶ Hover your mouse over the MANAGE tab then click Investments subtab

❷ Now click TAKE ME THERE inside the Transfer icon

3. Make your election & Submit your changes

❶ Select Your Transfer Type:

• Dollar to Dollar‍ ‍

Move a specific dollar amount from one investment to another (example: transfer $5,000 from Fund A to Fund B).
Best if you know the exact dollar amount you want to move.

• Percent to Percent

Move a percentage of your balance from one investment to another (example: transfer 100% from Fund A into your new investment mix).
Recommended for most participants because it is easier when moving all or most of your balance.

❷ Enter your transfer amount

• In the Transfer From column, enter the amount or percentage you want to move out of each current investment.

• In the Transfer To column, enter the amount or percentage you want to move into each new investment.

❸ Verify Your Allocation Totals 100% & click Transfer

• Verify that the Transfer To column totals 100%.

• Review your changes, then click Transfer at the bottom of the page.

• A confirmation message will appear once your transfer has been submitted.
